 We have  another glorious honduras in the roast house and this one will knock your socks off.  Honduras is one of our favorite little known coffees that never fails to impress. if you have ever tried PACAS or PARAINEMA varietals you allready know Whats in store for your morning. Notes of dark cherry, plum, German silk chockolate, caramel and stone fruit all slowly invade your taste buds in the most creamy and smooth texture that only a artisan roasted coffee can provide.  I keep getting hints of pineapple in my cup from this one !
