This outstanding coffee comes in the medium to dark range. smooth rich and glorious. NEVER bitter. I could pick pick out a dozen different tastes in this bean however.....the main take away is... the most creamy bread pudding you have ever had with just a hint of cinnamon on the end! simply by adjusting your grind size you can have this as bold as you want it with out fear of going bitter.
